ABOUT THIS PROPERTY

Our owner is in the process of renovating the finca and land, and is looking to release some equity from his home in order to complete the project. When finished the house will be fully insulated, rendered and painted. Complete with a fully stocked vegetable garden!

This is a working Finca, with a total of 1,5 hectare of land in the Barranca de bon Capo. It comprises of 72 olive trees, 52 carob trees, 3 fig, 10 almond trees. There is a vine, a plum tree and a orange tree in the garden of the house. The owner advises us that the carobs bring in around €1000 a year and the olives around €500. Also on the land is an old shepherd's hut (approx. 100 years old).

The property itself comprises of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen diner, with a wet room/bathroom off the kitchen. There is a small shaded terrace with two workshops to one side. Good views of the sea from the roof terrace. The house and workshops are inside a fenced area. You will get the boar and fox coming into the garden if you leave the gate open.

The house is on mains electricity and the water comes from two cisternas which are supplied from 2 sources, rain water collected from the roof and the next property's water well.
